When returning goods to Undershield.us please return the packing slip we provided, or write us a note with your order number, and the information on your exchange or return. This will help us expedite the process.

Refunds and store credits are issued exclusive of shipping costs and only for the goods purchased from undershield.us

We can provide a shipping label for returns for refund and deduct this cost from your refund amount. Many find this easy as you just need to print the label and drop off.

Exchanges to us is at your cost.

When sending the order, please use a service with tracking.

Undershield.us is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail and we can only issue a refund or exchange once we receive the returned order.

Exchange shipping service from Undershield.us back to your original address is included on domestic USA orders by USPS 1st class mail.
